We live in a time of uncertainty.
The traditional systems that once underpinned education, work and society are being stretched to their limits, and new ones have yet to fully take shape. The resulting gray period presents an extraordinary opportunity to imagine more adaptive, integrated models of learning and work that empower more people toward economic opportunity and social mobility.
However, the work taking place across the learning and workforce development ecosystem — and how we communicate it — remains stubbornly siloed. Academia, nonprofits, startups, funders and policymakers end up operating within their own echo chambers, with limited awareness of what’s happening across sectors. These siloes cap our collective ability to make meaningful progress on the defining challenges of our times.
That’s where SINA comes in.
We're a strategy and communications agency that helps organizations turn big ideas into cross-sector realities. Our clients span philanthropies, funder collaboratives, industry associations, institutions, nonprofits and impact-minded companies — and like the problems they're solving, our work doesn't fit neatly into any single sector or category. That's by design.
